Take ADDERALL XR as directed⁹

• You can take ADDERALL XR with or without food¹⁰
• Most adults swallow a capsule whole in the morning. But if you prefer, you can also use the “sprinkle method,” opening the capsule and sprinkling on soft foods such as applesauce.¹⁰ If you choose this method, be sure to eat the food immediately.
